Policies
All pre-orders require payment to be submitted.
Request forms put in through our site are not submitted orders, they are simply requests. Only after you have received confirmation from us and paid for the order will the order be placed.
Cancelling or postponing an order requires at least 3 days notice for standard items and at least one week notice for specialty/custom orders. If contacted within this time frame, you will receive store credit (good for one year). NO REFUNDS.
Requests to change details about an order require a 3 day notice for standard items and at least two weeks for specialty/custom orders.
